
A search is on for a 20-year-old University of Alabama student who disappeared after he left a bar in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, early Sunday.
The person, Garrett Walker, was seen at The Gray Woman on Greensboro Avenue early Sunday, his mom, Debbie Walker, mentioned in a press release that was shared by the college.
The assertion was up to date Monday afternoon to say Walker was final seen round 4:20 or 4:40 a.m. close to 17th Ave.-Queens Metropolis.
His cellphone was discovered at a riverwalk Sunday afternoon, the assertion mentioned. His household reported him missing after his cellphone was discovered.
“Nobody has seen or heard from him since,” his mom wrote within the assertion.
He was final seen sporting a grey polo shirt, a grey and black plaid button-up shirt and blue denims.
Tuscaloosa police mentioned in a press release that officers recovered a “clothes merchandise from the Black Warrior River that’s believed to belong to Walker.”Tuscaloosa police and Fireplace Rescue search crews have been scheduled to search the river and the encircling space at first mild Monday.
